Historical Research on Tucson's past is curently focusing upon 4 topics

  • Creating a visual archive of images and material culture from the Spanish and Mexican periods.
  • Building an annotated bibleography of Spanish and Mexican period documents known to relate to Tucson's Past .
  • Researching architectural traditions of the Mission and Presidio period Tucson.
  • Compiling Biographies and Family Histories of all Individials Known to have Lived in Tucson during the Spanish and Mexican Periods - See our "People" section for more information.
